The Service Design Studio, part of the Mayor’s Office for Economic Opportunity, offers office hours, trainings, and workshops on civic service design, and occasionally consults on individual agency projects. Book a meeting with the Service Design Studio.

The Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications’ (DoITT’s) Gov Lab & Studio can answer questions about UX and human-centered design, and provides regular trainings on these topics. Reach out to the Digital Blueprint team to be put in touch.
