With more than ten years of experience in digital communications, Jess’ expertise in earned, paid and owned content distribution, targeted audience engagement and data analysis spans work with small start-ups, large universities, strategic ad agencies and noted publishers such as The New York Times. She was appointed as the Chief Content Officer in 2018 after serving as First Lady Chirlane McCray’s Digital Director. She now leads a team of fifteen creatives and advises more than 200 city agencies on digital best practices.
