Creating a website or app can be an overwhelming process. It’s hard to know which steps to take first, what rules to follow, and who to ask for help—especially when building for government. This section answers those questions and points you towards the City’s many existing resources.
If you’re starting work on a new digital product and have questions, contact your Agency Relationship Manager (ARM) at the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT). You can find them by searching “ARM” on CityShare, the City’s employee portal.
If you’d like to create a new website or update an existing one, make a request through DoITT’s Service Catalog, which is found on CityShare.
