Images and video are great tools for storytelling. They can communicate emotion and abstract ideas—sometimes more effectively than words—and put a human face on government work.
But your content shouldn’t rely on images alone, or on text that’s part of a graphic. This will guarantee that low-vision users, people relying on translation, and those whose devices don’t display images well will be able to get key information.
