Chief Analytics Officer and Director, NYC Mayor’s Office of Data Analytics
Kelly Jin is Chief Analytics Officer for the City of New York, Director of the Mayor’s Office of Data Analytics, and Co-Chair of the NYC Automated Decision Systems Task Force.
Before New York, Kelly served as Director at the Laura and John Arnold Foundation. She previously served as policy advisor at the White House to the U.S. Chief Technology Officer, and built and co-led Boston’s analytics team.
Her earlier career included advisory roles in the White House Domestic Policy Council, General Services Administration, and as a management consultant assisting governments with strategic planning. Kelly holds a degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
